   • Highlight what the person did that inspired you to “bow” — their action, decision, or moment of courage/kindness.
   • Keep the story centered on what they did, and how it affected you or others.
3. Respect Privacy and Consent
   • Avoid sharing full names, personal contact details, or identifying information unless you have explicit permission.
   • If the person you’re writing about is alive and identifiable, we recommend obtaining their consent or anonymizing them.
4. Stay Respectful and Non-Judgmental
   • No hate speech, bullying, or political/religious rants.
   • This is a space for upliftment, not division.
   • Avoid shaming or criticizing others, even indirectly.
5. Keep It Clean and Appropriate
   • No graphic violence, explicit language, or mature content.
   • You may reference difficult topics (e.g., grief, sacrifice, trauma), but do so with sensitivity and purpose.
6. Write Clearly and Thoughtfully
   • Recommended length: 300–800 words, but heartfelt shorter stories are welcome.
   • Organize your story with a beginning, middle, and end.
   • Optional: Give it a title that captures the essence (e.g., “The Stranger Who Fed 50 Families”).
7. Give Credit Where Due
   • If you quote someone else’s words, mention the source.
   • Don’t copy content from blogs, news sites, or social media without permission.
8. Tag Appropriately
   • Select relevant categories (e.g., Kindness, Courage, Resilience).
   • Use tags to help others find your story.
9. No Self-Promotion or Marketing
   • Stories submitted must not advertise services, businesses, or products.
   • We reserve the right to remove promotional content or links.
10. Moderation Rights

    All stories are subject to moderation. We may edit or decline submissions that don’t meet these guidelines, or for tone, clarity, or length. You'll be notified of significant edits.

11. Image Upload Guidelines

    Users may upload one image to accompany their story.

    What’s Allowed:

    • A photo of the person you're writing about (if you have their permission)
    • A symbolic or relevant image (e.g., candle, hands, nature, etc.)
    • Personal photos that you own or have the right to use

    What’s Not Allowed:

    • Stock images you don't have rights to
    • Copyrighted or watermarked photos
    • Offensive, graphic, or misleading images

    Image Requirements:

    • File types: JPG, PNG
    • Max size: 5MB
    • Recommended dimensions: 1200x800px for best display

    We moderate all uploaded images to maintain respect and dignity across the platform.
